Our health plays a vital role in the thing we need to eat. Changing our eating habits and eliminating unhealthy foods can help us overall.  A simple plan to cut back and eliminate excess eating and adding exercise is important..

Remember, we do so much better if we have a calorie schedule. The calorie schedule  for LL is as follows: three hundred for breakfast and a one hundred calories snack before lunch and  three hundred calories for lunch and one hundred after lunch and three hundred calories for dinner. 

You may wonder if you will ever get .to enjoy food again. Stick with the program and you will enjoy eating healthy.
