Sex is one of the most sought after activities! Yet, many people often feel uncomfortable talking about and/or engaging in it. We're going to tackle this tough topic by discussing what it means to be sexually healthy. The World Health Organization defines sexual health as a "state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality. " Being sexually healthy is more than just being free from disease, dysfunction or infirmity. Rather, it requires a positive and respectful relationship to sexuality and sexual relationships so that you can have pleasurable and safe sexual experiences which are free from shame, coercion or violence!
Join in on the discussion of how to experience your body as a sacred, sexual, temple.
