Tamara Leigh and Heidi Feemster Trend On Girl Scouts of Alaska with Caitlin Steinberg.

This past summer Caitlin worked under Girl Scouts of Alaska, teaching summer education programs through out the southeast Alaskan panhandle. Working primarily with native Tlinget, Tsimshian, and Haida tribes as well as Coast Guard families, Caitlin spent each week moving from island to island, teaching a variety of wilderness education, rainforest and tidal pool ecology, organizing community service projects, and of course, selling some cookies! With her bachelors in American History and Biology, Caitlin will be living in Aniak, AK this fall, teaching and working with Yu'pik Eskimo tribes and continuing work with Girl Scouts of Alaska.
