How was your Thanksgiving Day? I hope you did not eat too much I know I did I really overdid it. Then I had the audacity to make chocolate on chocolate cake #killer just asking for the #fatness right. Anyway it’s a new day and it’s and we can always eat right and not eat as much as we did the day before righ? I know some folks not even trying to hear that they have counted this weekend as #Fat, but that's ok cause I'm not mad at ya!  Either way I’m happy to hear you and thank you for choosing to listen to the LJDNshow after your Thanksgiving weekend.

Monday brings a whole new set of challenges for us now that Black Friday is over the Christmas shopping is on! And today is cyber Monday today you can get the #best deals on laptops. It is the end of the mont and it’s time for the #TalentIn10 project, this month is all about being thankful, showing gratitude and I have a video from Tedx Talks this one is all about having an attitude of gratitude, if you don’t have one listen to this audio and maybe by the end of it you’ll have an attitude for gratitude.
