High School Band Violates Constitution? Obama Acting Like Lincoln? (11.18.14)

1. What issues were debate at the Convention at Philadelphia in 1787? An understanding of these issues is critical. 

2. Mountain View High School in Mesa, Arizona performed a tribute to veterans and used foam crosses as props. Did this violate the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment?

3. Is Obama's unilateral amnesty order equivalent to Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation? One congressman says "Yes."
