[*Show Note: This episode aired at 1 p.m. EST in lieu of 5 p.m. EST only because Todd celebrated his birthday a day early with his family.]

In the thirty-fourth episode Todd, guest co-host/panelist Rick McLastnom and their panelists Iraq War veteran and pro-Liberty activist Adam Kokesh and libertarian anarchist Michael Weinheimer discussed the never-ending TSA controversy, hero John Tyner opposing the TSA's pat-down and telling them not to "touch [his] junk or [he'll] have them arrested," WeWontFly.com getting recognized by the media and pushing National Opt-Out Day on November 24, cognitive dissonance and illogic from the statist liberals and conservatives on the body scanners and "pat downs," the TSA chief refusing to back down from the new TSA pat-down measures and the body scanners, a Florida airport "opting out" of the TSA program, the Senate Republicans voting to place earmarks on a "two-year moratorium," conservatives being outraged by the Ahmedi Ghailani verdict stating that the detainee is cleared of all but one charge, and two New York teens' cupcake stand getting closed down by cop after a politician informs on them.

We Won't Fly's James Babb joined us at 2:20 p.m. EST for a 30-minute interview to talk about his new group, the TSA insanity, and National Opt-Out Day on November 24.

[*Note: Jim Landrith, my co-host on the show, couldn't make it because his in-laws dropped in on for the Thanksgiving week unannounced. Wes Messamore couldn't make it because he was speaking at and being involved with an End the Fed rally. Adam had to leave a bit early in the show. And James Babb was fantastic on the air! What an awesome show!]
