Most people agree that Interval Training is one of the best forms of training to receive the health benefits of exercise, and the cardio and strength benefits of a relatively shorter gym session. Yuvi Shmul, the founder of Lean29 is joined by colleagues and personal trainers to discuss the benefits of Interval training.
