This week Laurie Beth is thrilled to welcome Bad Girls of the Bible author, Liz Curtis Higgs to her radio show. 

Liz Curtis Higgs has presented more than 1600 encouraging programs for audiences in all 50 states and 12 foreign countries, including Thailand, South Africa, and Indonesia.

Liz is also the best-selling author of 28 books, with 3 million copiesin print. She has written more than a dozen encouraging books for women, including Bad Girls of the Bible; 5 books for children, The Parable of the Lily among them; and 9 works of fiction, including her latest Scottish historical novel inspired by the biblical love story of Boaz and Ruth, Mine Is the Night, a New York Times bestseller.

Liz was a columnist for ten years for Today’s Christian Woman magazine, and she has been interviewed on NPR, PBS, A&E, MS-NBC, CBC Canada, BBC Radio Scotland, and Shine TV New Zealand.

Best of all, Liz and her husband, Bill, are the proud (and relieved!) parents of two college grads, Matthew and Lilly. When he was born, Matthew received a Blue Ribbon from the Kentucky State Fair for “Biggest Baby of 1987!”
