Rev. Meeks has no doubt accomplished a lot of things in his career. From a small congregation to one of the largest congregations in the mid west, he has also organized many gun violence drives in the Roseland community. Rev. Meeks has driven almost every liquor store out of the Roseland area as well. But do these accomplishments qualify him to run an entire city? Rev. Meeks thinks it does, as he enters into the race for mayor of Chicago. Chicago is one of the most powerful cities in the United States. Our current mayor, who's father was mayor as well, has had his share of problems in managing our city. Why should we as voters consider a man like Rev. Meeks, who has no real experience as a politician? Laugh & Tears really wants all of our Chicago based listeners to call in and be heard as we discuss this important topic. Join us Thursday night as we have yet another great debate!
