Luis Echegoyen, Ph.D., Editor-in-Chief, Journal

Luis Echegoyen, Ph.D., was born in Habana, Cuba in 1951.  We was raised in Puerto Rico.  He received his BS and Ph.D. in the fields of Chemistry in Puerto Rico.  He has had a distinguished career in the areas of academics, professional, and the industrial areas.  Dr. Echegoyen has collaborated and done research around the world.  He has published around 300 research articles and more than 30 book chapters.  He current teaches at the University of Texas at San Antonio and is Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Physical Organic Chemistry.
