Ep 23 – Deadpool and Zombieland Screenwriter, RHETT REESE

In episode 23 of Kneel Before Aud, I got to sit down with Screenwriter Rhett Reese. Rhett, along with writing partner Paul Wernick, is responsible for such movies as Zombieland, G.I. Joe: Retaliation and the upcoming, much anticipated film Deadpool.

We recorded the interview two days after San Diego Comic Con 2015. I still had my glow of being at Nerd Mecca and Rhett still had his glow of experiencing two, TWO, standing ovations for the Deadpool trailer at their SDCC panel in the hallowed Hall H. We chat about that experience, Zombieland, working with Bill Murray, his advice for aspiring screenwriters and even a little college football.
