Company culture is “the essence of sustained viability” according to Carolyn Morris, founder of Max West Inc. and industry consultant with more than 10 start ups to her name.  Before you can grow your company, you need to take some time and think, dream about how this business will grow and how you will manage all the processes that will produce consistency in your products, your marketing, your sales, your hiring and your promotions.  In essence, the question is:  How will you create an environment that will be sustainable and where the brightest and the best will want to work?  The answer is:  define and deploy the culture of your company.

Guest bio:  Carolyn J.
