Death Destroyed

Everyone has to deal with death. Some avoid talking about it or thinking about it as if they would live forever. A few long for death. Many just accept it as part of life. Some people, maybe even many people, fear it.

For the believer and follower of Christ, death is nothing to be afraid of. The Lord Jesus Christ overcame death and the grave, so His followers do not need to fear death. In 1 Corinthians, Paul wrote to encourage believers to hold on to the truths of their faith. A central truth of our faith is that Christ's death and resurrection give those who believe in him eternal life.
