Grow through Prayer

Perhaps you have complained when you make a phone call and the voice on the other end is a recorded message. You may have thought to yourself as you hung up the phone, "I wish I could get a real person!"

We live in an disconnected age in many ways. Things like answering macines, voice mail, text messages, and email may leave us longing for a personal touch in communication. This may reflect the loneliness that seems to plaque our world today.

How refreshing to consider the subject of this study - prayer. Prayer gives us a direct line of communication with God. It keeps our relationship with Him personal and helps us grow in that relationship.
