Partner with Others

Park Rangers and wilderness guides often advise people not to risk going into the backcountry alone. If someone gets hurt, the chances of survival are greater with a partner nearby who can provide first aid or go for help. It's a simple principle known as the buddy system.

The buddy system is useful in miistry as well. We are most effective for God's kingdom when we work together and support one another. Paul recognized the value of partnering with others to fulfill the mission to which he had been called.

As we go into our communities - and into all the world - to preach the good news, we need to partner with others so our gifts and abilities can be used to do the most to spread the gospel.
