Pursue Christ

An old sayingis that if you pursue two rabbits both will et away. In other words, we need to decide what we're going to pursue in lifeso we can stay focused. In Philippians 3, Paul wrote about the greatest pursuit of all: knowing Jesus.

God isn't trying to get away from us. On the contrary, He stretches out His hands and invites us to come closer. There is truth in that old saying about rabbits. If we don;t stay focused on Jesus, worldly pursuits can easily distract us from His open arms. As you listen to this week's study ask yourself what you're pursuing. Are you moving toward God or do other things have you running in another direction.
