Divine Deliverance

Have you ever left a baseball game at the top of the ninth inning, sure that your team was going to lose, only to learn later that you'd miss the most exciting win of the year? You wanted to beat the crowd leaving and you were sure you knew how things were going to turn out.

An observer in ancient Persia might have thought he knew the end of the story when the king's decree went out against the Jews. But God's people experienced His marvelous deliverance as they trusted in Him.
