Promise of a New Covenant

Out of all the people's of the world, God chose the nation of Israel to be His special people. Pledging His faithfulness, He made a covenant with them. This covenant was intended to keep the Israelites in right relationship with God. Unfortunately, the covenant was broken. In today's study, we will learn about the new covenant God announced He would make with His people. The new covenant would never be broken. It would be founded on the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ.
