A Mighty Man of Valor

When we observe highly skilled people, we can often forget that they did not start out that way. It took discipline and practice to reach a high level of proficiency. Through faithfulness to God, we are empowered by Him to do His will. As we discipline ourselves daily to make godly choices and exercise our faith,we can learn to trust God for the strength we need to advance His Kingdom. Gideon is an example of how God can call and empower an individual. By his faithfulness, Gideon became the mighty man of valor God knew he could become.
