Ken Kraetzer, is Vice President, at Harrison NY based CBSIServices manging the CBSI Media Outreach Program, he has conducted nearly 300 episodes of "Talking Buisness" hihglighting professionals in digital marketing, research, customer service, and business  The company has a fouty year history providing insurance based loyalty and usage benefits to major credit and retail card brands aswell as providing contact center mangement behind programs.   Prior to CBSI, Ken worked in card and financial marketing at Chase Manhattan Bank, Dean Witter, American Express, and Herbert Dunhill Associates.
