Hope Rising Pt. 2

Easter & the Passover are the great moments that lie at the very heart of the Christian faith, and if there is one word that encompasses this meaning and significance of these events, that word is "hope".

Hope has been hard-wired into the human psyche. Hope is not wishful thinking but the opposite of despair and doubt. It is an instinctive knowing that something good can come out of this. It is possible to overcome the tragedy of loss and death, to struggle against the odds and win, to overcome adversity, to achieve something great. Hope gives unexpected strength in those difficult and seemingly hopeless times.
