Las Cruces and New Mexico in general are a laughingstock compared to the rest of the country’s economy. Yet, despite the US struggling back from a decade long recession, Cruces is still lead by persons who claim to not want growth. So how do these same so-called leaders stand up and cry crocodile tears over the kids budget? Whose fault is this? Unfortunately, we live at a time when the general population is so distracted, uneducated and misinformed that folks can’t even tell the difference between cause and effect, leadership and incompetence or socialism versus constitutional Republicanism.

No more deranged Gay Evangelists or pompous and imperious No-Growth Goofballs: Time for new leaders in Dona Ana County -- ones who don’t talk down to their constituents, or pretend it’s a flash flood when they’re merely peeing down your leg.
