After the worst mass murder in US history, we must again ask how to defend our country and citizens. How to defeat an enemy invisibly surrounding us? Well, we must identify the enemy, their goals and likely victims. But will the left cooperate? Obama’s first comments were on gun laws, not radicals. But Omar Mateen committed himself to ISIS, a movement hating gays and all liberalism.

The murderer laughed while killing. Meanwhile, Barack said the "massacre is therefore a further reminder of how easy it is for someone to get their hands on a weapon that lets them shoot people...and we have to decide if that's the kind of country we want to be." But does his statement make us one scintilla safer during times of extreme ideological danger? Does the Prez actually believe disarming the average American would make our land safer? If so, his Secret Service must set the example first.

Mateen called 911 shortly before the shooting, gave his full name and pledged allegiance to ISIS, citing Boston’s Tsarnaev brothers as inspiration. Three years previous Mateen made statements also supporting Islamic radicalism. Mateen’s father, Afghani politician Mir Seddique, once ran for president. His father said Mateen was angered seeing two men kiss in front of his young son. Mateen is a registered Democrat.

ISIS called for an attack during Ramadan 3 days before. In CA, another man was arrested in camos headed to a hollywood gay pride event, with five pounds of explosive powder, assault weapons, long rifles, clips loaded and taped together, a camo outfit and security badge. Are the events connected, or another Orlando shooting of a young singer?

What can we do to make America safer from Radical Islam? Do 100 untraceable Syrians a day, or Afghanis with 99% supporters of Shariah make life safer? With this attack, suddenly Trump’s demand to stop all Muslim immigration stands out. This is what we call a reality check.
