Dear El Paso, in perilous economic times, every job is precious, every penny counts, but uncle Barack “Joe Steel” Obama decided to dump 4,000 new refugees on your border. And it’s your job to care for them! So be a good host and get them food, a place to stay and a longterm job.

CNN, “Thousands of Cuban migrants head to U.S.-Mexico border as part of a deal with Panama. 238 Cuban migrants arrived Mon in Juarez on flights from Panama, Mexico's foreign ministry said, allowing 3,995 U.S.-bound Cuban migrants to Mexico. They will stay up to 20 days for "humanitarian reasons" due to "extraordinary circumstances.”

Sputniknews, “Panama closed its border with Colombia to stop Cuban refugees, Panama President Juan Carlos Varela said.  "This is a difficult decision, but we can not be a part of this movement all the time, we will show attitude they [migrants] deserve but there is a necessity to close the border in front of this illegal flow," Varela said Monday.

The Catholic Church is also involved. “Officials with the El Paso’s Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services said Wednesday two planes with at least 150 Cubans are expected to arrive in Juarez daily, resulting in about 3,500 or more refugees who need assistance to get to their final destinations. Melissa Lopez, executive director of Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services, said many Cubans are leaving their country, fearing the Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 will end. The Cuban Adjustment Act allows Cubans to apply for residency one year after they have been paroled or admitted to the United States,” Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services is the only agency in El Paso that can aid the Cubans with the Refugee Cash Assistance Program, a federally funded program that can help with cash, completion of the Work Authorization application and employment services."
