As the historic floods pour down in Houston, where some died and many were displaced and vast swathes made homeless it is as if Noah were ready to make his return. This is just the latest of many weather anomalies we’ve recently faced. So is America under a curse? Are we being judged for having a political process in which crooks, liars, demagogues, tv pastors and commies are the only ones who can reach the top?
Today in NY will be a test of the national aspirations of all the candidates. If Trump can sweep the deck and gather up all the delegates he can reset his campaign. Meanwhile, if Cruz cannot crack the northeast and NYC, where he’s hated, he has no chance in the general. Meanwhile the juggernaut called Clinton keeps moving while coughing up increasing amounts of oil, pklegm whatever.
In the meantime, is the planet re-aligning for some dreadful event of biblical proportions in which we are shaken to our boots and can only fall to the ground in misery, fear, and abject repentance of all our evil deeds….which would therefore by definition be too late? Stay tuned sportsfans!
