The Attorney General has revealed he has no way of extending the jail term - despite a huge number of requests for the hate preachers sentence to be reviewed. The Government has failed to add the offence of inviting support for terror groups to list of those that can be reviewed under the “Unduly Lenient” sentencing scheme. He could be free in a little over two years.
