I'm Kathy Klotz-Guest, podcast host and CEO of marketing firm, Keeping it Human. We turn marketing-speak into human speak and stories that get results! With this show, we focus on great tips and fun guests without the marketing BS.  If you're looking for jargon-monoxide poisoning, we happily recommend our competition.

Innovation and Culture

We're obsessed with innovation today. Yes, we need to innovate products, business models, experiences to stay relevant. Why aren't companies talking about innovation in corporate culture? Well, it's time!

It has been said time and again: culture eats strategy for lunch (and dinner too!).If your people aren't creating, taking risks and innovating, change starts with organizational culture. So what matters most with culture? How do we change culture to better support and encourage innovation? What environments allow people to do their best work?

Join me and my friend and colleague, MB Deans, for a fun,  lively chat on powering up your organizational culture.

About Mary Beth (MB) Deans

MB brings 25 years experience as an entrepreneur and consultant with experience in high tech, healthcare, business services, and transportation. She joined ClearVision Consulting in 2013 to run sales and marketing.

In 2008, Mary Beth co-created a global online community for technophobic Organizational Development consultants. The community quickly grew to cover 26 countries on 5 continents. Prior to that, Mary Beth founded and grew Douglas Partners into a global boutique career transition firm using social media.  She holds a Masters in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mary Beth has studied tai chi under Grand Master Sam Tam for 20 years and could definitely kick my ass and stay completely calm doing it.
