Dr. Amicitia (Cita) Maloon-Gibson is President/CEO of the ATIC & MG Center For Excellence & MGAA. She conducts workshops and seminars that are presented throughout the United States and abroad. Dr. Maloon-Gibson has been a senior executive in the federal government as is a professional Diversity & Inclusion Leader special emphasis in Civil Rights and Women Issues. Dr. Maloon-Gibson recently appeared in the National Association of Female Executives magazine (Spring Issue), Military Officer (The Official Magazine Fall Issue), Space Coast Magazine and on several radio shows such as, “National Federal Talk Radio, and “The BIG Experience and PBS Local NBC TV Show: Topics: Stepping Stones to Success, Living the Dreams of Your Life, Overcoming Negativism, The Browning and Aging of the Workforce, Got Options- Backup –your Back-up Before Making the Leap, Can you hear me now - The Super Woman Syndrome. Dr. Maloon-Gibson’s workshop on "Leadership Strategies for Women" is requested and conducted for federal, state, and private industry (including non-profits). Additionally, Cita brings 30 years of experience working with government and private organizations in the areas of leadership, training, motivation, team building, employee recruitment & succession planning, and organizational development. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology/Sociology, a Masters degree in Management, A Masters degree in Human Resources Development; and a Doctorate in Social Psychology.
