Jennifer’s experience in business spans 40 years. At the age of 16 she started working in the O-Ring Distribution Company that her father founded in 1949, learning the business from the ground up. It was incorporated in 1953 with branches in Hayward, Orange County, Seattle, Grand Prarie, and Denver. Through the healing of the loss of her husband 18 years ago she decided to reinvent herself. After doing extensive personal growth work, she founded Soul Expression Tools and developed a line of products to assist herself and others to really become who they desire to be, from the inside out.

Waisman, PhD, is a nationally known champion for women. Over the last twenty-five years, she has advocated for women as a professor, political activist, keynote speaker, and expert witness. As a corporate leader, executive coach and facilitator, Waisman coauthored several books, including 50 Activities for Developing Leaders and The Leadership Training Activity Book. She is currently a vice president with a worldwide consulting company specializing in large-scale leadership, gender, and culture changes. Waisman is also director of human resources for the Women’sVision Foundation, through which she speaks extensively across the country and conducts leadership workshops. Jill S. Tietjen, PE, is an author, national speaker, and an electrical engineer. Her published books include the Setting the Record Straight series, which explores the history of women in accounting, engineering, and professional achievement. Tietjen is one of the top historians in the country on scientific and technical women. In addition, she works to nominate women of achievement to the National Women’s Hall of Fame.She is the president and CEO of Technically Speaking, a national consulting company specializing in improving opportunities for women and girls to have more career options in technology.Tietjen is also a frequent keynote speaker at engineering, science, and women’s conferences.

Harley’s Angels Real women on real bikes “cruzin to cure” breast cancer. In the battle against cancer there are many frontlines. In the Houston area one of those frontlines is made up of women on motorcycles. Harley’s Angels is a group of women motorcycle enthusiasts dedicated to promoting breast cancer awareness, research, and education. Kimen Metzger bio: 8 Year Stage II Breast cancer survivor – Local Director for Cruzin to Cure and Program Development for Harley’s Angels. Kimen helped form Harley’s Angels in 2001 just as she was finishing her treatments.
