Voice and Exit is a festival focused on the future. Attendees are encouraged to criticize by creating. It has been described as an edgy version of TED Talks meets Burning Man.  Honestly, the 3-day experience defies description. It is both transformational and elevating.  The format uses the metaphor of a plant’s lifecycle: Seeds, Sprouts, Bloom, Harvest.
