"I recognise my other self and in the waning of that self, I grow and glow."
At this time of the year a worldwide group meditation seeks to establish a subjective orientation towards the annual spiritual opportunity of the major Festivals of Easter, Wesak and Goodwill. The Festival of Goodwill is always regarded as essentially the Festival of the Christ as he represents humanity at the moment of energy release throughout the planet, an energy which flows through humanity as goodwill in action. This Festival is therefore observed as World Invocation Day when a special invocative focus is placed by countless men and women of goodwill around the world on the reception and distribution of energy through the consecrated use of the Great Invocation. The focus of all our work throughout the period of the Festivals is the Plan, the divine Plan for humanity and the cooperation possible by humanity in “restoring” the Plan on Earth.
For two days prior to the full moon, on the day of the full moon itself, and for the two succeeding days (five days) endeavor at sunrise, at noon, at five o'clock p.m., and at sunset, plus the exact time of the full moon in your own land, to say the Great Invocation with the intent to invoke, precipitate and anchor in outer manifestation the waiting potencies. Do this aloud when possible, and in group formation whenever feasible. It is the focused power of unemotional thought which will bridge the present existing gap and link more closely the two worlds of spiritual activity and of human demonstration.
The Music Festival of Rosendale, Inc. is a not-for-profit, grassroots citizen organization that comes together for the purpose of continuing the legendary Rosendale Street Festival for the multiple benefits it offers to our community and the Mid-Hudson Valley as a whole.
The festival is held on Main Street, Rosendale, New York each July for two days to boost the local economy and boost community interaction. It is also produced to help support and expose people to the local music of our region. If the street festival is profitable it is dedicated to help fund scholarships for area youth to attend music summer camps,

"I see and when the Eye is opened, all is light."
The Festival of Wesak is the Festival of the Buddha, the spiritual intermediary between the highest spiritual centre, Shamballa, and the Hierarchy. The Buddha is the expression of the wisdom of God, the embodiment of light and the indicator of divine purpose. This Festival is fixed annually in relation to the full moon of May; it is the great Eastern Festival.
The Forces of Enlightenment are active at the time of the Wesak Festival. These Forces emanate from the heart of God; they are related to divine understanding and can reach and strengthen those who love and serve their fellowmen. This energy transmits the second principle of divinity, love-wisdom, of which the Buddha and the Christ are the two outstanding expression. The forces of enlightenement initiate the new world education. The first to be affected by them are the great educational movements, the forums of the people in all lands and the values which can unfold through mass communications media. The press, publishers of world literature, speakers, writers, radio commentators, newspaper men and social workers are all affected by these forces which stream into the minds of men. Their effects are not yet apparent to any degree, but these movements and people are the recipients today of the energies of enlightenment; as they recognise the new emerging ideas they can channel and direct energy to influence the masses of men everywhere.
