Alan Pezza grew up in a small suburb of Chicago where life was simple. He began to learn the difference one person can create.

He is a second generation American. His paternal grandfather came to America for fear of being killed in Italy. His maternal grandmothers family was executed in 1947 on Christmas Eve for opposing the Soviets after World War II.
 
 Alan has owned several companies, worked for others and found his personal gratification comes from making others feel happy and liked.  People remember how you make them feel and he always want people to feel cared for and accepted. He did not feel that way in second grade being the only American in the room!

Today Alan teaches people the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge through Send Out Cards. His vision is to have one million people sending cards of thanks, appreciation and gratitude every day for a month. The Butterfly effect of that action will reach 30 million people, letting them know they are remembered and people care about them.
