In this episode we will be discussing dealing with anger at our ex-spouse, ourselves and even God that results from divorce. Divorce brings on so many emotions, but none are as common, and as potentially damaging, as anger. Being angry at your ex is understandable and normal. We tend to want to be angry at our ex. We feel they deserve our wrath. But if allowed to fester and grow it can be very harmful emotionally and physically. It is also not uncommon to feel betrayed by God that He allowed your divorce to happen and as a result to feel anger for being let down. We can also be angry at ourselves for the decisions we made, for the behaviors we tolerated, and for the failure of our marriage. Join us as we explore the emotion of anger, the warning signs for unhealthy anger, and the wrong and the right ways to deal with anger. Don't let anger rule your life and your attitude.
