I am the Managing Director of Exquisitus Ltd (trading as Excel-In Group), a Management and Consultancy company that specialises in:

I have a passion for people and for disseminating the knowledge I have been blessed with. I am engaged in leading and delivering various training programmes in the UK and abroad.
As a Certified Master Trainer of NLP, Success Coaching and related disciplines, I have trained many organisations in the public and private sectors, and am a Personal Success Coach to many business leaders, professionals and organisations. I also work with schools and colleges and deliver a unique programme on ‘Brain Friendly’ learning techniques. I have specialist qualifications in educational special needs, helping clients to overcome learning ‘disabilities’ such as ADHD, Dyslexia etc.
In my previous roles, I have had much highly successful and practical leadership experience in the UK Government, Private Sector and the Charity / Volunteer services.
I have served on the Religious Education Council of England and Wales, as CEO of an Educational Trust working in the UK and Pakistan and am a founder Trustee of a community development charity in South Africa. I have been a Mentor for the Prince of Wales’s MOSAIC Network.
I have been a regular speaker on the University and College circuit. I have delivered talks to audiences of all faith (and non-faith) backgrounds in the UK and abroad. When in Harrow, I served on the Harrow Metropolitan Police Consultative Committee Group.
