I have had the pleasure of building three very successful companies over the past 25 years. I owe my successes to the teams that I assembled each time. It was my job as a coach to make sure that I had the best people in the right positions and provide the tools and support they required. There were a few common threads that ran through each of these organizations; they were Extreme Customer Service® and the Continual Improvement Process. My out-of-the-box approach to Sales and Marketing didn’t hurt either! I created Innovative Business Partners Inc. so that I could help other companies improve their processes, grow their organizations and build Teams that work hard and can have fun at the same time. Below are some of the current offerings from Innovative Business Partners, Inc. CEO Coaching: Strategic Planning Organizational Development Restructuring Personal Coaching Sales/Marketing Plans and Budgets Workshops: "Extreme Customer Service"® "Creative Sales and Marketing™ "How to Select & Negotiate with Security Integrators"™ "Team Building for Success"™ Motivational Speaking: "How Cancer Changed My Life and My Career" ™ "Capitalizing on Opportunities" ™ www.contactibp.com

If you listen to your customers, they will help you grow your company, they will make it a better company and they will make life alot easier. I often hear people complain about their customers. My standard response is "Wouldn't it be easier if we just got rid of customers". People always laugh and agree that we can't survive without customers. In this episoded, we will look at how we can engage customers in our businesses and have a much better relationship.
