Host, John Allin, welcomes Ed LaFlamme to the show.

Laflamme is “Landscape Industry Certified” and a member of the Harvest Group, co-founded with Bill Arman in 2007.   He is the author of the Book Green Side Up, straight talk on growing and operating a profitable landscaping business!”  Ed consults and speaks internationally, is a member of NSA, National Speakers Association and sits on the membership committee of PLANET. 

Laflamme started his business in 1971 with $700 he borrowed from his mother and pyramided that into the largest company in Connecticut.  His snow department had revenues in excess of $1 million and before he sold his company in 1999 was awarded a $1 million dollar per year, multi year contract.  His company was recognized as being one of the top 25 best companies in America and in the top 6% in size.   His latest venture The Harvest Way Academy, is an on line resource, where business owners and managers can learn “the 8 buckets” of any service business.
