The symptoms of anxiety can affect any age group from children, teens, and adults. You can help anxiety by reducing toxicity in the body and brain. Anxiety has been linked to the buildup of Senescent cells building in the brains of obese mice.  Senescent cells are cells that have not gone through their normal death of apoptosis, of being broken down and taken up by the body. Instead, these Senescent cells build in the body and brain limiting circulation and function affecting how you feel and think. Anxiety is much more than just feeling anxious or stressed. Anxiety can also manifest as digestive issues, headaches, heart palpitations, chest tightness, joint pain, or skin issues. Your lymphatic system is a tiny network of vessels and nodes that plays a large role in helping to reduce cellular waste like Senescent cells from the body and brain. When the lymphatic system cannot function to reabsorb and reduce cellular waste it can build in the brain or any part of the body creating inflammation and toxicity. By improving the lymphatic system you can gain more control over the many symptoms of anxiety.
