You often hear that you need to build your immune system. How do you do that? You build your immune system by improving lymph flow. Your lymphatic system is a large part of your immune system. Your immune cells depend on a flowing lymphatic system to move around the body to scavenge bacteria, viruses, cancer cells and other pathogens. When your lymphatic system is sluggish, your immune response is weak. We are told to take supplements like Vitamin C, systemic enzymes and probiotics to build you immune system and immune response, but all these are acid forming in the body. Being overly acidic can weaken your body and constrict your lymphatic system, allowing cellular waste to build in the body or brain. Balancing these supplements that help to build your immune response, is necessary to avoid creating an imbalance in the body.
