Most people with rosacea have only mild redness and are never formally diagnosed or treated.  You can help rosacea by improving lymph flow and circulation through the skin of the face. Often the nose, cheeks, forehead, and chin are most involved in rosacea. The red, inflamed skin of Rosacea is from lack of circulation in the skin of the face. This limited circulation allows cellular waste to build in the skin creating toxicity and inflammation. Reducing the consumption of processed foods and eating a healthier diet of fruits and vegetables, better hydration, daily light exercise and gently, manually draining the skin of the face can help improve circulation and natural detoxification to help control rosacea.
