If you look around, you will see that as we age many are having difficulty with dementia or Alzheimer's. It is a sad state that in the prime of people's lives they can't think or remember their loved ones. This wasting of your brain is due to b-amyloid  plaque and tau protein building in your brain. You can make a difference in how you age and continue to think by learning to open your lymph-brain connection. The lymphatic system is a tiny network of vessels and nodes that cleans your body and brain. In 2015 lymphatic vessels were found in the brain. By improving flow through the lymph vessels in the brain you can help to reduce the buildup of cellular waste that is a contributing factor in Dementia and Alzheimer's.
