I spent many years not speaking my truth as a psychic medium never sharing with my parents or my friends what I saw, heard, and felt. This created so much isolation, loneliness, and feelings that I was the only one on the planet like me and then growing up I was terrified to speak in front of others and I felt stagnant not being able to speak my truth.

Many Coaches out there and business owners have a fear of speaking or feel paralyzed at the thought of networking, or connecting because of fear of judgment and persecution.
