Have you thought about how much energy you need to perform your work?  Have you considered that, in modern times, we do not perform the physical labor of our ancestors.  We are blessed to have been the species that went beyond nature, and, controls nature.  That's right, we control nature.  We route water to grow crops, we move rivers to grow cities in the desert, we do this and we do that in our nature as creators, but, do we eat right for the work we do?  Are we a large society because we are not eating according to the work we do?

When our species evolved beyond nature, nearly 3000 years ago, we began to use our minds in the way nature were intended.  Of course, the most educated evolved beyond nature first, and, they kept this secret from others by ruling over them, as if they were the only ones who could outperform nature and all organisms in nature.  What how dare I compare you to an organism, right?  Well, I did, and, I will remind you that you have the power to decide what to eat, too!  You can choose to only eat when you have worked and need fuel to fire your mind and body into further harmonic action acting according to your ability to be a creator of values!  Wow, what?  What am I saying?  I am saying choose, and, properly eat when your have worked, and, the need for fuel exists, not, when the presence of food interrupts your coming and going.

Choose to eat according to the work you do. Those who use the mind in their trade do not need as much food as those who use the body to chop trees, or place shingles on a roof.  Do not do your mind and body a disservice by reacting to the foods in a grocery store, instead plan what you shall eat, and, as you see the image of what you want to eat and get satisfaction from. Buy or grow those foods.  Eat slowly with gratitude.
