What is the secret to getting rich?  How do you get "stinking rich" or "filthy rich" if you have nothing to start with?  Why don't we have but "one thin dime" to "rub together" instead of wealth?  Why do we hear "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer" instead of "Wow!
