Could an evolution of business make you happy?

Is there a solution to your boredom?  Is there a simple change that could happen in all work places that could put the potential of every human being to its highest use?  What is necessary for you to not be bored?  Are you happy with how you spend your time at work?  What would you do if you could run the company you work for each and every day instead of just being a follower of certain responsibilities?  Would you make the company richer or would you run it into the ground (meaning bankrupt it)?
