Moon Shots and Venus Fly Traps!

Do we really know that what is put out there is for sure?  Do we trust those who have knowledge that we don't have?  Are we each capable of learning more each day of our lives?  Of couse we can!  Then, why do we accept authorities or try to be an authority over someone else?

Who says they really went to the moon?  What is a Venus Fly Trap, and who really cares about either of them if you don't have wealth, health and safety of your own?   Should the priority of all individuals be to ensure that we each have a place to learn more and to create more values for each other rather than be authorities over each other? 

Are there really people who can't be of value to themselves and others or have we got a warped sense of belonging to the wrong belief system?
