Attorney Gloria Allred, who is handling two plaintiffs in California’s Supreme Court battle over a voter-approved same-sex marriage ban, speaks out on the incendiary issue.

“We consider this the greatest civil-rights battle of our time," she said recently.

Simpson murder trial, and Amber Fey as a witness in the Scott Peterson murder trial, among other clients in high-profile cases.

At present, Ms. Allred is also representing Angels in Waiting in the non-profit organization’s efforts to provide 24-hour nursing care for the 14 children of Nadya Suleman (aka “Octomom”).
