Bold Foods with Bold Wines. The summer solstice was upon us this week. Jane offers great foods to take to the beach and hold up to summer temperatures. Jim provides good summer wine choices during his stay in Key West, including good values from Argentina and New Zealand that are under $13. Jane discusses Bombay style spicy thighs, Teriyaki thighs and lemon pecan thighs. Those weren't the kind of thighs Jim saw on Key West beaches, but he quickly shifted gears. Jane also covers Caprese salad, grilled veggies and a great way to serve shrimp that will have them hanging around the barbie.
