Unfortunately, most potential home buyers are attempting to save money to purchase their first home and for some,  unsuccessful in doing so.  There are many reasons why.  Life happens and they need to dig into their savings.  It's hard, but there is hope and by listening to "I Wanna Buy A Home", you will learn about some of the opportunities to purchase that home.  Most of my show information comes from the Association of Realtors, because they do a lot of research on the housing market who buys, why, and how.
