Join Divas Boss Lady as she interviews Mendel Bailey of Charlotte NC.  He is the winner of the "I'm A Boss" Contest that was ran by Divas Boss Lady for the men to share their story of struggle turn triumph.

He has endured many trials in life including drugs, jail, death, as well as the challenges of growing up in a over crowded home.  You must hear about this story of his challenges, but better yet, his triumph.
