Sean Preuss works to validate or dismiss those common dogmas of today.
 
As a researcher, health writer, and masters student at Arizona State University, Sean reviews and conducts studies on how exercise and nutrition relate to pertinent issues like type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity.
 
Sean has also instructed over 5,000 sessions as a personal trainer. His clients' successes have included losing 25 lbs. of fat in six weeks while exercising less than an hour per week, and helping a 72 year old man get back on the golf course in less than two months after hip replacement surgery.
 
In addition to writing research-based articles for his website Health-Actualization www.health-act.net, Sean has been featured in the Arizona Republic and his articles have been shared in a number of gyms and newsletters across the country."
